"Kaitlyn had been on my radar for years before she started SKNDUSTRY. I initially contacted her asking for a consultation, not something she openly offered at the time. She spent about an hour talking to me about my skincare regimen, goals, and what I liked/disliked while walking me through my different options. I made a future appointment for the services, but still had more questions after doing some research. I needed to understand all of the side effects, etc. before anything touched my face. Her office was available via phone and text to answer any lingering questions. Fast forward to the day of my services. I was still extremely nervous and her team made me feel comfortable. I had no idea what to expect and Kaitlyn walked me through each step and what to expect. She mentioned I should feel relaxed like at the spa, and I did!
