"Never coming back the manager Stephen is rude and arrigent. If they tell you that they are booked that is a Lie. They have no staff and no one wants to work there. The reason why you have no staff it starts from the high up people like Stephen maybe you need to rethink who you have as your Leader. The front desk people need to mind they're business. I was talking to my husband in the sitting room and the girl at the front desk got to put her 2 cents in my conversation. Really unprofessional behavior and do you really need 3 people at the desk. But still no massage therapists available. Says a lot about this location."

"She explained the products she was going to use on my face and why she chose them for me. She let me know how each phase of the facial would help my skin. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and I fell asleep! It was wonderful. I already booked my next appointment!"

"My facial today was great! Samantha was wonderful. It was so relaxing I for sure drifted off at one point. I went with the hydrating facial because my skin is starting to get dry with the weather change. My skin looks and feels great."

"After reading these reviews, I am pretty sure that the woman who spends more time and concentration on adding more lotion to your body is the same. I walked out feeling more stressed than I walked in. Prior to massage, I had expressed my concerns. I expressed my concerns again when she asked me halfway into the massage. Then she attempted to work on other areas that were not discussed and explained how I should have booked a longer massage and that she was worried she was going to fast. Did not make me relax one bit. During the massage she kept asking if I was awake. Not sure why, when I am trying to relax. There was no consistency in this massage by any means…or pressure. This was not a massage. I feel I used one of my credits to get pet with lotion for 45 mins. I feel gross and like I need to wipe anxious energy off of me. I am truly shocked that this person is still here by the amount of reviews. Very nice woman, but there is no way she has been to massage therapist school working with service like this. I have been a member at Hand and Stone since 2017 and this level of quality made me write this review. If this is the type of service you expect your members to pay for, I would lower your prices, get better qualified training or find a different solution."

"My massage appointment was a gift and I was a tad hesitant after reading reviews from others, (for this particular location)! Upon entering the front desk receptionist was delightful to work with and made the experience go smoothly for a H&S first timer. I had booked an hour long full body massage and requested medium pressure with a focus on my back. Not only did my masseuse, Megan B, perform as followed, she added additional pressure per my request. She was extremely professional and only spoke when needing an answer (I requested a silent massage, for relaxation purposes). The entire experience was great, start to finish! Thanks Hand and Stone Conshohocken."
