"First time here: started out so well with the pedicure. The technician that worked on me was talkative, friendly, and did an amazing job! But right before she was able to paint my toenails, another lady (looks like she’s kind of in charge) took her to start someone else! I’ve never had that happen before. This lady then slabs on the nail polish & didn’t do them to my liking. She then rushes me to her desk to start my nails. She’s obviously doing them in a rush (cut my cuticle at one point) and even though I asked her to fix my nails several times, they still came out like this - rough on the edges, uneven polish, lint/something of the sort stuck to my nails, nail polish flowing out to my finger. Due to my technician immediately starting a walk-in appointment (I had an appointment), I also didn’t get my ending shoulder massage like I saw 3 other clients get from their technicians (which is not something I need but would like to receive the same treatment everyone else gets). I’m giving it 2 stars because it has so much potential from what I saw from the other ladies but some need to take their time. I understand you’d like to see as many clients as possible, but quality is what will bring those clients back."
