"I needed new tires today and my dad suggested I go over here but I remembered an incident that happened to me here a couple years ago. A few years ago I dropped my car off for 1 new tire and didn't realize they didn't have the equipment to remove the lugs from my car. Apparently I had some special lugs that came with my rims. I pull it into the bay and walk into the office leave them my number and they say they'll call me when it's done. I went home and waited. No call came. About 3 hours later I walked over to see what the deal was and they didn't even touch my car. Said they could get the rims off with out the tool which was in my glove compartment but no one mentioned they needed it when I dropped it off. When I offered them the adapter tool to remove the lugs they refused to change the tire. I drove it down to Kaz tires on somerset st and was in and out. I always recommend KAZ tires over this place now. Again this happened about 4 or 5 years ago but ill never forget it."
