"Came to the store at 4.00 to find a sign that said "will be back at 4.30". Ok, no problem everyone needs a break. Came back at 4.30 no one there. I waited until 5.00 when i finally gave up. Nobody ever showed up. Myself and another 2 people waited for half an hour for no one to show. I see now why most locations end up closing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want a longer break thats fine, but make a proper sign stating the time you will be back, don't blatantly lie and make people wait for no reason."

"Store hours say they open at 10am because of COVID. I have been here since 10:26 and STILL nobody in the store. Have been calling over and over Incase maybe they forgot to Unlock front door but nothing. Last time I was here before COVID the closed 25 minutes before they were supposed to as well. Last time I come here."

"I've been going to Sally Beauty Supply since back when you needed a special license. You have to know what to look for, but deals are incredible compared to boxed junk & big box hair products. Always look for an online coupon and they'll apply it in store. If you color your hair.... that alone is a reason to shop Sally. It's not as scary as it seems getting color & developer separately. Just buy a giant bottle of Wella Cream Level 20 Developer and it works with nearly all colors including bleach powders. I bought 2 boxes of super-bright ION Colors, 20 color wipes, enough developer to last 10 colorings, and a 20 Oz bottle of ION Color Seal/Conditioner. I used 30% off and paid $29.99 for everything in the photo. Staff will always help you find deals & understand colors. Hair products & colors are soooo much cheaper than the salon. Their make up is so-so, but otherwise.... this is where I go for everything hair and recommend others do the same! Be sure to have a Club Card!"
