"1 star is too many. I brought my daughter in for a trim and to freshen up her long layers. The stylist’s first cut was on the CROWN of my daughters head, easily taking off 10 inches!!!!!!! Her hair started off very long, with long layers reaching the start of her lower back, and this very first piece the stylist cut off is now the “long layer” at the base of her neck. Before she was able to cut more, I expressed my concern and told her that we wanted no more than 2 inches. She told me the piece that was just cut was the long layer I said I wanted. I reminded her again to keep it to no more than two inches with very subtle long layers and went to sit down. She then proceeded to make 2 more cuts at this extreme length before I went back over and expressed how upset I was. She asked me if I had a license to be able to argue with her over what is a long layer and what is a short layer. She also said that she doesn’t want to work there anymore because she’s sick of the complaints. My goodness. My daughter is 7 years old and I had to ask the stylist to please keep her extremely rude and negative attitude toward me and my concerns, as well as her opinions of her workplace, to herself while she is a guest in her chair. She then motioned to my daughter to get off of the chair and to “take my daughter and leave”. We went to another location and they did the best they could to fix my daughters hair but they couldn’t make any rhyme or reason out of why that stylist did what she did. Her hair will take at least a year to grow until her extremely short layers are long enough to blend and not basically look like a bob inspired mullet. I am SO disappointed by the quality of this employee “Leedy/Leeti/Elina”."

"Never in my life have I had this BAD of a haircut, I ended up leaving with little too no hair & alls I went in for was a TRIM. Jessica was probably the only person in there who cared. I don’t know the older ladies name but NEVER will I EVER recommend her & now I have too walk around embarrassed & crying every time I see my hair in the mirror !!"

"Bad customer service, Allentown location , rude people . We did not even get into the store and already take in rude way. We went today 4/22/2022 to Quakertown location, it was the best experience ,SABRINA is excellent"
