"About 5 months ago I walked into the Lakewood NY store and purchased lightener and a few other products. The cashier did not ask for a professional license or a cosmoprof card. I got these products with no question. Today from the same cashier I went to purchase hair color that didn't need any other products to mix for use. I was asked for a cosmoprof card or a professional license. Why was it ok for me to purchase products then but not today? She wasn't very pleasant either when I told her she was the same girl that checked me out the last time I was there. Why was it different this time from last? Poor customer service and poor advertisement. Wasted a trip. I'm pretty sure she was high illegally last time I was there as well. Should not have even given it the one star that I did."
