"I’ve been here maybe 3 times, two were for fills for my acrylics, usually do not go here unless my nail salon is booked. They did good work on my acrylics so I was willing to receive a pedicure here. Today I got a pedicure because my nail salon was booked, and I was beyond disappointed. I’d like to mention that I do nails as well, and I like to treat myself to get my own nails done. Starting off, 3 different employees worked on my pedicure. The first employee removed my gel polish, the second employee did “maintenance”, and the third applied the gel polish. Because I do nails myself, I am more than familiar with how pedicures are done. The second employee who did the maintenance on my nails improperly used the cuticle pusher, did not even touch my cuticles actually, leaving all the dead skin still on my nail plate. She then used the cuticle nipper, on only one of my feet still leaving the dead skin and cuticle. She did not file my right foot toes, only the left. She cut my nails crooked as well, did not even use a nail buffer to smooth the surface of my nails. The 3rd employee who worked painted them finally filed my nails at the end of the service. My main concern was the tools…. There was a client next to me receiving a pedicure as well, as she finished and went up to pay, the other employee who was working on a newly seated client was searching for tools, the employee grabbed the USED tools from the client next to me, and began using the tools on the newly seated client. This is beyond disgusting and I will not be returning. I never leave reviews on places but this needed to be said. I hope they can become properly trained and not reuse tools as well."

"I am obsessed with my nails!!! Kara or kiera (im sorry if i messed that up lol) was amazing! I made an appointment for 5 and was done and in my car in 45 minutes. She did an amazing job and has such a great attitude! Shes a keeper! True jewel at this salon! I've only been here twice but both times I left satisfied and just because of her ill definitely be coming back!!!! Thank you!!"

"We arrived at 1:42 for our 1:45 appointment. We were scheduled for a fill and a full set. They sat me right away. The one girl couldn’t tell that I had pink acrylic on and filled all the way down to my actual nail. You would think they would be able to tell the difference between gel paint and pink acrylic. Two of my nails broke because she filed them down so thin. Which I got charged for one of them. My friend got a full set they didn’t even sit her till an hour later. Another appointment came in and the workers all rushed over to them. Leaving us to sit longer. The other appointment was finished and left before us. My end results for my nails were bumpy and didn’t look good. I was there well over what I should have been I wasn’t about to sit and wait another few hours for them to be fixed. I will definitely not be going back and I will be sticking with my original nail place figured I’d give this place a try but was disappointed. It shouldn’t take as long as it did to get a full set and a fill. We left at about 3:10. Also some of the employees were not friendly at all."
