"very disappointed in their customer service. Be careful when you book with them - my daughter has been making appointments with her lash tech directly for over a year and when she left DEKA we were still charged a no show fee for an appointment we werent aware we had - our lash tech left. I made several attempts to rectify and have this $80 fee reimbursed to my minor childs bank account (not previously provided) but to no avail. Expensive and unnecessary."
