"Nate took the time prior to my session to listen to the reason for my visit and to formulate a plan to address the pain and tightness I was experiencing in my left shoulder and upper back area. Because of this, Nate was able to focus on that area and successfully work out the tension and tightness of that muscle. In addition, I was also looking for overall relaxation so Nate incorporated that as well, which I was so grateful for.
