"The girl with the tattoos, glasses and brown hair was extremely rude and condescending.This store has only progressively gone downhill since the move from Westover, and it’s practically in flames at this point. The staff used to be so nice but they intentionally push out the good workers in favor of former high school mean girls. No wonder the place is plastered in ‘help wanted’ signs, I wouldn’t work with women like that in a place like that either."

"The Morgantown store was great .until they moved to the town center. the manager is not very nice at this store .I have went to this store for years. Trina was the one I dealt with before they moved . I don’t usually complain or fill these things out . I just think you should know what kind of people you hire . She is very rude . The whole atmosphere in the store has changed . I will continue to shop here but just letting people know thanks"

"CosProf is the “local to Morgantown” cosmetologist ONLY, or professional ONLY, store here, I am used to the bigger cities (as CosProf is everywhere) also usually there is “Davidson or East Coast etc” but we are in Morgantown, and the Staff is VERY pleasant and nice to deal with, and I am a “Avid” Wella “Wella international” not Sally’s Wella line (if it’s still there, idk) they do carry this line and it’s a nice store to visit, as they did just move from WestOver and I go there often."
