"Excellent service! Went in with brassy colors in my hair. I was told to try the blue shampoo, and if that didn't fix my issue a toner would be the next step. As instructed the blue shampoo definitely helped but I still didn't like the way my hair looked. I went back the next day for toner advice. She set me up with everything I needed. I now have hair that I like! I can't say enough good things about this store. THANK YOU!"

"Today I walked into my local Sally’s in Niles, Ohio with my head looking like half pumpkin/half oompa loopa. I walked in and said Help!!! The girl working the register and the manager. I wish I knew their names. Came to my rescue. They showed me the product I needed to fix the problem, told me step by step what to do and the ratio of the hat to use. Then they said come back after you’re done and we will tell you which toner to get. I did just that and came back and the manger showed me the best toner for my hair: I am thankful for their help. We also laughed through the process. Thank you for making the process easy for me ladies."

"I bought a gift at the Niles store , it was a early Xmas gift & told the clerk this when I bought it, she was very nice & explained that if I brought it back before Xmas & after the 60 day limit, I could still get a refund. I bought it back the other day & she said all I have to do is call customer service & they would called the store & ok this. Customer service told me " I'm sorry that the store gave u false information but you can't get a refund. You would think that the site & the customer service would be on the same track. BEWARE, customer service is not on your side, the creediness of that department is not as customer friendly as the store. Don't shop there please, go somewhere that you can get honesty instead of greed. If not , eventually you will also be out money"
