"This is my second time at Spa Harmony, but I just had to mention how great my session was today with Dustin. He was very knowledgeable and professional, had a comforting presence and had a great touch. I really appreciated his communication level and draping standards—I felt safe and covered the entire time. Not to mention, the intense pain relief afterwards! I’ll definitely be scheduling with him again."
"Although I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, the facial was good, but I added on two treatments and was told it would probably take 2 1/2 hours for everything. The facial alone was to be 50 minutes and within one hour the facial and both add-ons were completed. However, here's the kicker, when I made the appointments I was told if I booked four treatments I would get 15% off the total. I have done that before, so I booked the very SAME four treatments in order to get the 15% discount. Otherwise, I probably would have just gotten the massage because I was gifted with a card at Christmas. When I checked out I thought the total given was too much, but I was in a hurry and didn't question it. Later, a couple of days had passed by and I found the receipt and called. I was told the two add-on treatments did not qualify for the 15% discount! After I was told when I booked the treatments that they did count....the spa manager, Amy, reneged! I was told by the front desk that although the person I talked with might have given me the go ahead for the discount, it had been changed. I was then connected with the manager, Amy, and she didn't answer the phone. I left a long message, but here it is several days later and no response. This is terrible customer service! You have to stand by what your customer was told even though you might eat a cost. I have been in sales before and the "customer is always right" seems to have been thrown out the door with this establishment. Be very careful, folks. You might think about getting your quotes in writing. I was told the fine print on the back of the brochure tells what can and can not be determined as full services. But when you don't have a brochure and you call in to make the appointments, I would think the person booking you would have read the fine print and passed it along. Very disappointed....Johnna, so sorry I won't be booking a massage with you again. You were great."
"I have been going here for awhile and while the Massage is always good, I have now had my appointment canceled the day of twice. . It's disappointing that you set time out of your schedule for things like this and they just feel like canceling the same day as an appointment is scheduled is appropriate."
"I had a very pleasant facial with Erin. She took the time to chat with me and find out why I was coming in and how to treat my skin best. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and didn’t feel the need to be chatty unless I initiated conversation. Afterwards, she reviewed the products she used and why she used them. Another plus – she asked before the facial if I wanted her to do any extractions as some people are not comfortable with this process."
"Normally I have a good experience here. They are a bit expensive, but I find their masseuses to be top notch. I have also had a facial and my nails done. The facial was wonderfully relaxing and I would have given them 5 stars except for my last experience for a manicure and pedicure. My fingers and toes were sore for days. I suppose this is my fault because I failed to tell her not to cut my actual cuticles or anything like that, though why cutting bits off of people is common practice I will never understand or comprehend. It's one of those odd things that such extremities don't have much in the way of nerve endings, so I didn't even realize what had been done until my cuticles became sore, red, and inflamed hours later. The next day the corners on the side where my nail meets my finger/toes were sore for the same type of reason. It was very frustrating, upsetting, and rather infuriating. At least I could have been asked if I wanted this done. I have to walk a lot and work with my hands so it's made the last two days quite miserable and made me absolutely sure I will never do either again unless I'm doing it myself."
