"We live nearby and go there on average maybe once every week or two for a couple bagels. When our kids are around, more so, because a trip here is definitely a treat! The difficulty is the choice because there are so many interesting options! Their bagels are excellent, they are very professional. I've seen them interact with some difficult customers and they're always A+ professional. Every bagel and breakfast we've bought here is excellent! Glad to see they just had their first anniversary in the Velvet Mill! Hope for many more!"

"Excellent, excellent bagels. Jalapeño Havarti is sublime. Warm and chewy with great flavor. Wish there was more cream cheese but that’s a personal preference. Beyond that this is probably the best bagel I’ve ever had. Place is super cute too! Can’t wait to go back and try one of the breakfast sandwiches and every other bagel flavor they have."

"Tried the flour shop for the first time and we were not disappointed! Best bagels in town- so fresh and the everything bagel was loaded with toppings. The cold brew iced coffee comes with coffee iced cubes- definitely recommend the vanilla oat milk."
