"I’m not one to write reviews but this is the most unorganized Dunkin I have ever seen. Placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches, a refresher, and an apple juice. We waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and when we got to the window nothing was ready. After waiting at the window for an additional 5 minutes without a single employees acknowledgment we were told it’ll take another 10-15 minutes. After waiting for almost 45 minutes for “fast food”, we decided to drive away with only the refresher. I took a sip of the refresher and they ADDED THE APPLE JUICE TO THE REFRESHER."
"We ordered 2 strawberry coconut refresher after waiting at drive through for 10 min. There was only 1 care at pickup window the whole time. We finally get to window & a guy just hands us 2 drinks made with tea or something. It's NOT what we ordered. We told him they are wrong & his response was "we don't have any coconut milk". So your just going to give us what you want? $10 wasted. Come on #DD make it make sense."
