This time I bought a few teas and when I opened the organic vanilla cinnamon rooibos, the smell was divine. I cold brewed a big batch of it to make overnight oatmeal. Peach Blackberry Overnight Oats 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 - 1 cup vanilla cinnamon rooibos tea 1/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt 2 tsp flax seeds A pinch of salt 1 peach 1 tbs blackberry jam 2 tbs pumpkin seeds More cinnamon as desired"
