"Just want to say I absolutely love this location. There can be a line of cars at the drive thru but I know this location can handle it and is super fast and efficient. Also, the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond. I choose to go to this Dunkin every time because of the staffs outstanding service! I normally see Eddie and Cherelle (sp?) in the morning! Honestly everyone has a pleasant demeanor and makes this place! It is very well run!"
"Horrible experience. This morning, I ordered a snacky bacon and got it cold. I went back and politely asked if I could get it heated up and they replied in a rude manner saying "No that's how it comes" Knowing all the other dunkins I go to don't have cold bacon. I feel very disrespected the way they were laughing at me as I ordered. They were laughing at my accent, Not very friendly like. Again, Horrible experience."

"Unfortunately this is the second Dunkin that messes up a simple order and I fully explained my past situtation to her. Worst part I'm tipping for orders that are incorrect. The food and beverages are fine just need to get the original order down correctly. Very disappointed and I'm very forgiving."
