Honey Dew Donuts

"I am so frustrated with this place , I go to different honey dews but this one I always have trouble with . 9/10 times when I ask for “very light ice “ they give me half a cup or more of ice . A couple times it was stuffed with ice like extra ice . I’ve talked to staff about it , a person who only works weekends I think . She told me at one point the manager was charging people extra for less ice ….. not sure if this is policy but if I pay $6+ for a coffee I want mostly coffee not mostly ice . I have this place many chances . I’ve had to have other stores remake my drinks from there bc sometimes I can’t see that it’s mostly ice until I drink most of it which doesn’t take long because it’s mostly ice …."

"I used to love this location but recently they have some girl working the window who constantly upcharges $1.50 if you ask for a flavored drink. I have contacted their corporate office about this but no one will get back to me. They also microwave their sandwich meats which doesn't sit well with my stomach. There's another one 2 towns over with an oven that cooks much better and they don't overcharge me for my drinks. I am tired of paying almost $5 for an iced tea, especially if I go there to use a coupon, I'm basically paying for the syrup. Will never go there again."
