"They have no sense of urgency at this dunkin. i’m late for work at this point thing this sitting now 15 minutes in the drive through. i’ve never had to wait this. big guy making the sandwiches moves at snail speed and i’m pissed. never been this pressed about a fast food trip but come on. and I hate the manager at this place too from past experiences so this just makes everything about this place sucks."

"Got up before the kids to surprise them with the spider donut. I was given two donuts without the legs. Two orange frosted donuts with chocolate munchkins in the middle. The employee also stacked the two donuts on top of each other. One donut has no frosting, and the other has double."

"This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I honestly question if it's some sort of running joke the employees have to literally give customers the wrong order every time. I've been here 4 times and every time, each item in my order is made incorrectly or a completely different item. Trying to get them to fix it is a waste of time because they will begrudgingly remake things, but do it wrong yet again. Simple stuff, I ordered an orange juice and a medium coffee, 2 flavor shots, 2 cream, 2 sugar, but then we got an apple juice and a coffee with 3 flavor shots, 32 cream, and 3 sugar (yes, 32 cream, it's disgusting, there's barely any coffee in it). I don't know how this place still has customers. I haven't been here for a year until today and figured I'd give them another try to see if they'd be better, but they're just as bad as the last time. Never again."
