Next Level Physical Therapy

"I have been going to Next Level Physical Therapy for the past two months and it has been a wonderful experience. I had knee surgery and my PT at the other clinic just didn't get me strong enough to pursue my activities without re-injury (tennis and mountain biking). I started working with Cole Housel, and was impressed with the different approach to rehabilitation and strengthening. My plan is customized, not "cookie cutter" like I have has been at all my previous PT experiences (I have had 6 sports related surgeries). I am back to playing tennis, and have confidence now in my movement in all directions. And we aren't even done. Every time I see Cole, we take my strengthening to a new level. He is totally engaged with my rehab and has taken a highly personal interest in me achieving my goals. I totally recommend Next Level, without hesitation. "My man, Dr Leor, is truly a one-of-a-kind person and trainer. In my sophomore year, I had a “pulled” quad while playing lacrosse. Doctors and physical therapists told me to wait a few weeks. I waited months, and nothing changed. The needle-puncturing feeling in my quad persisted despite PT and lots of patience. I was honestly scared and didn’t know what to do. When I saw the ad for Next Level, my parents and I were cautious, of course. However, when I first met Dr Leor for the first time, I could tell he was genuine, experienced, and a great person. Dr.Leor is not just a trainer but a mentor and someone I learned to trust. I kept him updated when I returned to lacrosse, and I continue to use what he taught me when I lift heavy on deadlifts or squats. "I’ve lived with pain and discomfort in my back, hips, and knees for most of my life. I reached out to NextLevel in hopes to help solve a problem that seemingly no other stretches or exercises could. For starters, the staff are all super friendly and approachable. I worked with Dr. Matt. I really enjoyed their approach to physical therapy and the way Dr. Matt was able to analyze what my issues were and develop a plan to address them. After only a few sessions, I was already starting to feel differences and noticed a decrease in pain and discomfort. "I had severe pain in my legs since few years and took treatment at the Hamilton centre recently. This is not a regular physical therapy centre that we know of. This place stands apart as they provide individualized attention throughout the duration of your time there. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Matt who treated me is a very knowledgeable person who analyzed my situation and provided great guidance, offered relevant supporting materials and videos for me to work on regularly. He also sends prompt emails and encourages me to communicate regularly with all doubts or questions I have to which I promptly get the best responses timely. "I cannot even begin to explain how much I’ve benefited from coming here to Next Level physical therapy. Working with Dr. Kyle has been absolutely amazing to say the least. About three months ago when I first came here for my assessment and they had developed my plan of care to help with my hip and shoulder issues, I was quite unsure of what PT could do for me and I can tell you 100% it was one of the best decisions of my life to sign up. My life has taken a complete 180 I no longer feel nagging pain in my hips or my shoulder clicking and just in general I feel like a new person.
