"Fabio's has my favorite pizza in the area. It has a delicious thin crust. I usually order take out, as their dining room is quite small and usually busy, but I understand they are expanding this year."

"I feel upon this place waiting for my train back to NYC. The service was pleasantly great. I'm soooooo in heaven about my shrimp parm hero!!! Everyone doesn't hit it and they knocked it out the park!!! Everything was fresh, the mozzarella pull baaaaby and my bread was nicely toasted how I like it. GREAT ITALIAN EATS"

"Fabio’s is hands down the best place to get your pizza in and around Scotch Plains/Fanwood. Unfortunately their delivery system needs a major over haul. Waited almost three hours for our order tonight. When we finally got it, the pizza it was over cooked and the calamari was rubbery. Most likely from sitting on top of the oven for over two hours. Just was there for a quick slice the other day and it was fantastic. Online ordering should be shut down if they know their customers are going to have that long of a wait on a Friday. Hopefully getting into their new building in the future will alleviate these wait times."

"Pizza here is decent, coming from NY we know good pizza. It’s good for a quick bite and snack when you’re on the go. Two slices and a drink were under $10 and may be why people are claiming this place is so great. Staff are helpful but seems like they might have some issues when it’s swamped with orders."

"This is the best pizza I have tasted in a long time. I thought I was in NY for a min. Caesar salad with grilled shrimp was amazing. The salad was not drenched with dressing it was just right and the shrimp was grilled to perfection. Overall their food is really great."
