"To have a new patient appt today with the gastro and things did not go as planned. To be greeted by the front desk which was fine. No issues. When I get to the medical assistant that's when things went left. She didn't listen to anything I was telling her. She was cutting me off. None of my information was in the chart.i was still filling out the registration form.You don't know anything about me. How are you doing the intake and have a complete attuide. I told her she needs to stop and listen to what im saying. She asked me how do i know if i have a problem with gallbladder. When i tried to explain she cut me off. Was the ultrasound in the chart. She stated she needed to get the doctor in. Then she goes to take bp and yes it was high. Because were going back and fourth. I asked for the office manager.. It was not welcoming so when the doctor come in. Everything is off. . This is the worst experience I had.. im suppose to leave my care in your hands. .I should have listen to the reviews of this place. I was able to speak with the office manager . She listen and took the the time out. But honestly I don't i would be back."

"Was so worried after reading some of the bad reviews, but they must have been reading them, because I had a great first appointment. Was seen in 5 minutes, then saw Dr. Shaw in a few minutes after that. He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Whatever issues they may have had, they sorted it out and I would highly recommend them!"

"So disappointed. The ER told me to see a Gastro doctor asap. I called Capital Health and was happy to get an appointment pretty fast. The initial appt with Dr. Itidiare went ok but he immediately said "IBS." I knew this was not the case. He ordered test, never gave me the print out and then the office was upset when I called back to request the scripts for the Lab. They canceled my Sept follow up (Which I desperately needed). I called back and told them I'm in pain and NEED an appointment. Now my October appointment has been canceled. All through email....no one from the office called either time. I WILL not return. Very disappointed and actually disturbed that they just cancel time and time again with no regard to the patient. My primary has run more tests and helped more than this office ever did."
