Jefferson Lansdale Hospital

"I never typically write a review unless it is positive. I guess I hope to provoke some change in a facility that provides life-saving services. Most of my experiences with other Jefferson locations have been pleasant. My doctor works for Jefferson at a different location and she is great The ER at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia is impressive The reason I am writing this review is that the Lansdale Hospital emergency room does not provide adequate service. The doctors there are lacking professionalism as well as experience. I made the mistake of going there after my husband had a horrible experience and will never go again. he was having a severe allergy where his throat was closing. Because they’re lack of experience, they were unable to treat him. Thankfully, his primary care responded to his urgent issue and stepped in just in the nick of time. And again today, when I went, the Dr was incapable of Professionalism and experience to know how to handle a scary Situation. I went to Doylestown Hospital and was immediately treated and given a safe solution. They are not that far my suggestion is run to that hospital instead!!! All businesses have the potential to turn around with the right Staffing changes I hope this one does as well, but I will not be going back. due to the poor rating of the hospital, it seems as though I am not the only person having scary experiences like this. We come to an ER because something is wrong. A great doctor will listen to what is wrong and find a solution."

"This place is an absolute horror show. Took my wife in last Friday. They discharged her this Friday with the same symptoms she came in with. Dietery messed up her food everyday. One nurse even asked me what a starch was. Seriously how’d she graduate the 3rd grade. The GI doctor signed off without seeing her and the attending refused to test what we asked for and instead the discharged her after a week and said go to patient first. It’s supposed to work the other way around. The piss poor attitudes on everyone and the sheer incompetence of that entire place is beyond scary. Stay as far away as possible."

"I've been coming to this Hospital since I was a kid. I've had three kids there from 1978 till present with many visits in between. I could never say anything bad I've only ever had great experiences there and I would recommend this hospital to anybody. I won't go anywhere else unless this Hospital can't handle whatever it is I need. I definitely give it five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I had an MRI on 1/17/24 and the staff was excellent, Margo and Nathan. They went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable (esp. my head propped to avoid my Vertigo), they did 3 metal screenings/scans to make sure no metals & no problem. (I've had 24 MRIs in the past elsewhere & this extra precaution was never done at other facilities.) I highly recommend Lansdale Hospital and their imaging Dept."

"I was rushed to the emergency room by my father on Christmas eve. I had 103 temp and while I was waiting on results of tests and waiting for my temperature to go down and having panic attacks I got little relief from the ER doctor. While I discovered I had pneumonia the doctor started to comment on my weight and what I could focus on with My weight. Not the reason I was admitted not the reason I came in so sick. He had little empathy and made the panic worse. The nurses didn't seem to want to deal with me me no pillow or blanket and seemed annoyed to have to wheel me in the wheel chair. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I did fill out a patient survey and got no response. Proving that the people who run and own this hospital do not care about patient care. Avoid this place I wouldn't recommend this hospital to My worst enemy. In addition while I was admitted I had to be for the right medicine and toilet paper and trash removal in my room. I had to beg for a nebulizer treatment. Avoid this pace"
