"I had an Absolutely horrendous experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff were extremely condescending, rude, aggressive, and unprofessional and discriminatory . I will never be going back to this place. I am an elderly women and was treated with no respect at all. The entire experience was a nightmare , from the moment I stepped in the door to the consultation and the blood draw. Please go to other quest locations because this one im has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. Disgusted that people like that Indian lady are even allowed to work in a customer facing role."

"Was honestly the worst experience i've ever had, Needed urgent blood test done, they gave me such a hard time apt was at 10:20 arrived early, and my blood still isn't drawn and it's 11. Honestly ridiculous and the rudest employees i've ever had. If i could give zero stars i would."

"The ad loop about social distancing is annoying when you’re packed into a small waiting area. Not that I care too much about distancing, but it is important to some and comical when you’re packed in like sardines. Only virtue signal about your Covid guidelines if you can actually back them up, please. Also continually talking about the importance of an appointment when you make people sit 30 minutes past their appointment is really annoying. Either space your appointment sign ups out more so you can actually get people on time, or just get people in on time! I came here two years ago and there was a much bigger waiting area that was more comfortable to sit in. Now, post Covid we are smashed into a small room waiting half an hour past our scheduled appointment. It’s sad to see that this is the state of healthcare in an alleged first world country."

"I am shocked to read these reviews! I came in as a walk around 8am today. Crystal came up and saw that I had checked in. She explained to me that I should make an appt because it is not a guarantee that I would be seen today. Before I could even schedule my appt, she offered to take me anyway as long as I could wait a few minutes. She was ready to go in 2 minutes, took me back, had two blood samples & a urine test.. All took about 5-10 minutes. Crystal was calm, quick, and kept me distracted! Getting bloodwork is never fun, but she made it easy! My advice is to have patience with short staffed healthcare workers, understand that walk-ins will have to wait, and do not be rude to these phlembotomists… after all, they are the ones with the sharp things! Crystal- you were stellar!!"
