"Valley Family Care is just that. Me, my husband and now adult son have been patients for well over 10 years. I have lost count of the number of times he has personally called back from voice messages, to give test results, and to check up. He is kind, empathetic, genuine and down to earth. He will call you out if he knows you know better (check ups, coming in sooner, or being irrational). He is the only doctor I have ever trusted and the only one I trust to care for my family. He practices a whole person and holistic approach. Regarding the reviews about his office, he has been there for years and went through hell serving his patients during the pandemic maintaining his quality of care. He is a business owner and committed and never sold out to the big names. Integrity and ethics come become vanity.I am so grateful for him and his family’s who often support the work. We would be lost without him. Thank you!"

"I have heard great things about the doctor but his office staff has a lot to be desired. I called late fall/winter 2022 and was told he was not accepting new patients and the lady had no idea when he would be. She did not ask me for my information or offer to call me if anything opened up. I gave it a few months and when I checked their website last week and noticed that they posted back in December that they were accepting new patients, which was only a short time after I called initially. I placed another phone call almost a week ago and left a message inquiring about the process to become a new patient and still have not received a call back. This is entirely unacceptable from a doctor’s office or any type of medical facility. If the doctor is as good as he’s said to be, you would think his staff would support that. Unfortunately I will not be giving them another chance."
