"Awful. I am new to CT and am looking for a new massage therapist being I go once a month every month for the last five plus years. I tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. The woman working tonight used no lotion, rubbed my body with her palm over the towel 90% of the hour despite me asking her to massage firmly not to rub my back as if I were a newborn being soothed. I left there feeling worse than when I went in from her lack of switching pillows and failure to prop my legs as every professional massage place I’ve gone to does for support. What’s more is I told her the lining that I was laying on smelled awful and was dirty but she told me I was fine and didn’t change it. And lastly, they charge FIVE dollars to run a credit card. Absurd."
