"This place is a waste of time and money! They get you to try medications you are already on with a different name. Then to find out it’s not working at all. You ask them for help and they just tell you …. See you next visit! Like really, you make people suffer and test the same medication on them with a doggy name. Then sit there and tell people they need surgery and the fact you all can’t help with the pain !!! I thought this was a pain management place. Not a come in and pay money to be seen for 5-15 mins then leave scratching your head like what the hell just happened? It’s like you have is listening to you but no results and the pain is worsening and non of these doctors care about people anymore! You call your self a pain clinic so maybe , just maybe do your duty as a healthcare professional and take care of the people that are in pain !!!! How about that for once, or will your paychecks not be as big if we don’t need to come back all the time!!! Our healthcare system is broken and needs to be fixed A.S.A.P.!!!! It’s like a bank anymore pay,pay,pay and pay to get nothing back in return."

"I’m autistic and have different set of challenges, they worked great with me. Made sure I was okay, comfortable and during the cortisone shot continuously checked to make sure I was alright. Dr. Chen himself came out and was taking with me before and during the cortisone shot. They will work with you."

"Dr Chen was a complete waste of my time and money. I've been experiencing chronic pain for over six years and have been treated for over five years by another spine and pain management center until its closing last Fall. I was told Dr Chen does nerve ablation which I have had done successfully many times and was due for both neck and SI joint. Dr Chen questioned whether I needed it and trivialized my pain -even after reviewing my past ten plus years of medical history of severe osteoarthritis in which one doctor said I was one of the most severe cases he had seen (he thought my x-rays were that of a previous 84 year old man...I'm 56!) Dr Chen refused to consider scheduling me for nerve ablation (which has worked and I've responded positively to) - and instead, suggested relaxation therapy and acupuncture. Needless to say, that was an insult to me and I walked out of his office and will never see that absolute clown of a witch doctor ever again! He completely insulted my intelligence and I will not subject myself to his rude staff ever again (which is another story altogether!) Do yourself a favor and see someone else. I am now being treated successfully at DA Pain Clinic in Greensburg. And BTW, I was not and have no interest in being treated with narcotics either! I want pain relief, not be treated to get high."

"I recently went to see Dr Chen after my meeting a Dr for 2 years. If you're not drug seeking, he's awesome! He diagnosed me with a syndrome and admitted after 6 six years I still suffer from post operative pain. Be told me I hadn't looked or was a baby which my last pain Dr wrote . I love the idea of holistic medicine. They don't have pills in Far East yet are healthy .Hate taking narcotics anymore. But those complaining sounds as though they want drugs which he will not give. The insurance companies and DEA want everyone of because after so long they no longer work. Grateful to have him as a Dr"

"Dr. Chen has been my pain management doctor since 2011 and I have nothing but nice things to say. He and his staff are kind, professional and thorough. I’m not a pill taker and admittedly Dr.Chen would prefer his patients try more natural holistic methods, he will provide the appropriate treatment. He is easy to talk to so if you think you are being misunderstood then you should communicate that to him, I have never ever had a problem. I have severe and chronic pain that most pills only add more side effects to my problems. People should be grateful that there are doctors out there trying to heal you, not sedate you. If you are a drug seeker then yes, by all means don’t waste your time or his. I highly recommend Dr.Chen."
