"I have been to several Quest Diagnostics for blood work but this is the main office I use for myself and my family. The office is very small and can be busy at times but the workers are friendly, professional and keep things moving pretty quickly so there never seems to be a long wait. You don't need an appointment but having one sure makes your visit faster in the event the waiting room is full when you arrive. I highly recommend this facility."

"My mother had blood drawn at Quest diagnostic on 4/18/22 in Monroeville PA at this location at 600 oxford place. The girl treated her like a number on a page, never even talked to her, just yelled and barked orders at her. She is 66 years old and has been getting blood tests all her life and this was the worst experience She’s ever had.! What made everything worse is that the girl doing the blood work was training another girl and acting like “look at how great and fast I am”!! My moms arm hurt the whole time she was drawing the blood!! This was the worst medical experience my mother has ever had in her life. She was near tears because they were hurting her so bad. She will never go back there again, and I am warning other patients to stay away from this disgrace of a place"

"I had blood drawn 7/1/21 between 11:00 and noon. Although she was very good and I felt nothing… I believe she needs an attitude adjustment! After I signed in, there was no indication that anyone knew I was there…so after I saw a person leaving I peaked in the door and asked if I was in the right place. She said “Yes but after I call your name; this is not a self-serve place!” I believe this was very wrong and unprofessional! I didn’t get her name but she was a tall woman with blonde hair and dark roots! I suggest you tell her to get an attitude adjustment Thank you!"

"This is my favorite Quest location! Everyone that I have seen there has been great! Today Emily took my blood and she was incredible! I get my blood taken often and didn't even feel the needle for one of the first times ever!"

"Girls have always been very nice to me. Just wish Quest would realize that closing at 3:30 is too early, especially when your doc appt is at 3:00 and the doc wants blood work done ASAP. Other than hours of operation, ladies are fantastic"
