"The doctor was very nice and took her time with me, the front desk was very nice & helpful. However, Amy who I had seen to pick out my eye glasses has no compassion whatsoever. She seemed very miserable & short with me. Especially when I told her I would have to make my eyeglass order payment at a later date, since I did not have all funds upfront. Everything else was very pleasant. I hate for 1 person to ruin the whole practice, maybe she was just having a bad day. I sure hope Amy isn’t like that every day towards all of the patients."

"Terrible experience. Don't bother to use the automated system to schedule as they will cancel your appointment despite someone calling you to confirm. The excuse?they've outsourced to people that work from home and don't add notes to the system. By the way, your customers do not care about your issues, fix your systems and apologize and make things right when something goes wrong. The manager Julie was useless and all she did was make excuses. My entire family and I will never be going back again. If that were not enough, all lenses are overpriced and over the years, the service has gone completely down hill."

"Myself and my wife went there to get glasses. My wife tried in several frames and picked one. When they arrived with the lenses and all, the glasses did not stay up and kept slipping down. She wanted to change them for another type of frame that had the nose pieces (the pads do not work for her). They told her to give it a couple of weeks even though she said that would not make a difference, she had to leave since they wouldn't do anything about it. She called and made an appointment to bring them back in and they told her that she was 1 day past the 30 day return policy (which they never explained to her or myself anyway). None the less, she actually wasn't past the 30 day mark. They were so rude to her and very unprofessional. We spent over 1000.00 (that was after insurance) between the both of us and now we have to get her glasses elsewhere. Although we both have went to them years past and had great service, there is new ownership and it's not the same. I definitely would NOT recommend going there."

"My doctor was great. However the optician could not give me the correct lens. I couldn't see out of the first lens they were very blurry. She took them back and after another appointment with the doctor, got a good lens but could not see out of the bifocals. After another appointment, the doctor was going to use the current Rx lens and the old bifocal Rx which I could see out of. The new lens came in. When I tried those glasses on, the lens were just as blurry as the first ones. They put the blurry lens from the first frames into the new frame. The optician got very mad insisting they were right. My eyes told the truth. I will never go back to them again"
