"my experience here was just horrible. rude staff, and overall a very bad technique with the braces, which is what matters most. it’s honestly like we’re experimental for their fun and games. the WORST thing that came out of going to this orthodontist was that they put bite blocks on the backs of my front teeth, not only were they painful, but they fell off the first time. then after wearing them for a while, i got them taken off. years later? the back of my front teeth’s enamel was DESTROYED. i got it fixed, however they had to use drills, and as a result of that, my front two teeth are currently loose. i went here when i was just a child, and i’m still a child who is going to most likely loose at least 2 of my teeth because of this company. not to mention that my brackets would always come loose and i would get yelled at even though i was following all of the rules when it came to my braces. staff would comment on my teeth not being perfectly white, and staff would yell at me for not opening my mouth wide enough. i can not STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY OR FRIENDLY IN GENERAL, AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING."
