UPMC Passavant - Cranberry

"A relative was treated for a drug overdose and released. No information was given about what to do next, withdrawal, rehab, or support. When I went to the Emergency room a few hours later there was no information to give me. The social worker was not at work. Attempts to talk to someone have been ignored. Luckily I have resources/connection and things workout well but NO help from UPMC."

"Worst experience ever. I would not bring an animal here! From being berated for knowing my rights as a patient by staff in the hallway, in front of others; to staff leaving the door open and flashing the entire busy hallway, and right up to being told to go home and nap, there is nothing wrong with you! I would not recommend this circus!!"

"The employees are the rudest I’ve ever witnessed at a hospital. Not really any of them were nice or pleasant. I sprained my ankle and required a wheelchair when I was leaving & I heard the nurse Val say we need a real man to push this girl out. Never thought I’d come to a hospital for a sprained ankle and be made fun of. Worst hospital I’ve ever been too. Ahn is way better anyday. I won’t return even in the case of an emergency."

"My doctor ordered a urine culture. The restroom that I used for collection was filthy. The floor was sticky and stained with urine. I threw my pants and shoes in the washer the minute I got home. Also, the layout of the bathroom is not convenient for collection either. You can do better UPMC."

"Every time I come here I have been greeted by friendly staff and have been treated very well. I was here today for an upper GI test and had the same feelings. Stephanie was the one who took me back for my test and was very attentive and sweet and treated me so well throughout my entire time with her until my test was over. The facility is kept well maintained and clean as well. I would definitely choose this hospital for any outpatient testing. I've also had all my labs drawn here and had the same experience."
