"My goodness. I don’t know how many receptionists this place has, but whichever lady answered the phone for me needs to be fired. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude receptionist. First of all, she mumbled so low I couldn’t even tell she answered the phone. Second, I politely asked if they do blood draws at this location and she gave me the most snide remark about how they only take patients. I am a clinical student looking for a place to do venipunctures and capillary sticks and was kindly asking if they happen to take such students. SHE TOLD ME NO AND HUNG UP! What an ignorant human being. Don’t have a customer service job where your job is answering the phone if you’re going to act like that. I only had a simple question and I feel bad for anyone who is a patient here."

"I have no idea who these other raters are referring to. Dr Mallis is by far the very best primary doctor I have ever seen in my life. He actually spends time listening to me and acts when I say something is wrong. He answers all my questions ( I go in there with lists sometimes) Dr Mallis literally saved my life by finding an aggressive kidney cancer BEFORE I had symptoms and it could spread! He did this by ordering a complete CA panel preventatively. I can not say enough good things about Dr Mallis and his friendly receptionists who greet me by name with a smile every time I walk in. Dr Mallis is an old family doctor who spends time, gets to know you and genuinely cares. PS the rater who mentioned the sign to put a quarter in Dr Mallis’ meter forgot to mention that it is a CARTOON! You know a joke SMH"

"Terrible !!!! money hungry place! pill mill. SHADY! Write scripts and charge cash, will only take cash, no check, debit or hsa card. Also have insurance which they wont bill through. Theyll write scripts, get you hooked and contiuously up the CASH price when they got you where they want you. Also dont check vitals or care about your health at allll while on said prescribed controlled substances. I realize now how illegal this is and ive reported them to the dea.
