"The first two calls to this practice were not very helpful, so I went to the office at 9500 Roosevelt Blvd. In person. It was Friday and as far as I could tell no one was in. I decided to make one more call while I was still at the office. My faith in mankind was restored. Thank God for Amy she made all the difference. She set up my appointment and told me everything I needed to know. She was so nice and understanding. She is truly an asset to her doctors practice. Thanks very much Amy Jerry Brown"
"Great Doctors but thier office staff do not relay messages to Doctors nor do they call you back . I've was just released from the hospital on Feb 10 2018 and was told to nake an appointment for a week from being discharged. I told the office member this and she told me I could not get an appointment intill May . I told her that the Doctor said to let her know he was going to nake sure I get an appointment. She blew me off . I told her to ask the Doctor and she said she would talk to him . But you could tell she wasn't even going to bother . This is my 3rd attempt in the last 2 years that they were going to call if there was a cancellation . I never received a call . I feel that its time to get another Doctor ! It is a shame because they are great Doctors ."

"The doctor's at this practice are great but the office staff is horrible. I had to deal with Dawn in billing and she was one the rudest, most unprofessional staff member I have ever dealt with. A few of the front end girls are polite and professional but the rest of the staff is HORRIBLE! The dr's need to fire most of their staff and retrain new people."
