"The providers there are nice and so are the ladies at the front desk, but I have no idea who these people are who are now answering the phones I keep getting this one very rude man who is now hanging up on me. I need my immunization sheet faxed over but I doubt that's gonna happen with these people answering the phones now. I'm going to the office myself tomorrow to find out what's going on, I'll probably switch primary offices once I get my records, it's too far anyway and the OG drs who left were the only reason I was willing to travel so far."
