"I was a patient of Dr. Karim who has since left this practice (she is a wonderful doctor) for over a decade. Dr. Warren was fine (just saw him once) and the nurse that checked me in was great. There is one woman there named Jennifer (head nurse or office manager)who is always rude for no apparent reason. I used to let it go b/c I loved Dr. Karim so much. My last experience here was my last straw with her. I saw the nurse practioner and had a bad experience too. She was cold, explained nothing to me, read from a script on her laptop (that she barely looked up from) and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Left my last visit extremely upset. I won't be back."

"Be aware of this practice. The doctor would put in wrong code to get more insurance money. I went in for an annual physical. The doctor asked routine questions about my health. I brought up that I felt a bit fatigue thinking this is part of the routine annual physical checkup. Lord, was I wrong. It turns out the doctor entered this visit as a sick visit so months later I received a bill of 92 dollars for it. My insurance company would have covered the whole cost for an annual physical. But because they entered in as a "new patient sick visit" just because I brought up being fatigue during the check-up, I'm now on the hook for this amount."
