"Really bad ethics. I contacted them via a referral. I gave them insurance info when I contacted them via their website for request an appt form. I was given an appointment. I was even sent the paperwork to fill up a day before the appointment. I drove from a long distance to go for the appointment and Surprisingly!! They say “ Your appointment has been cancelled, as we do not participate with your Insurance” wait!! What!? Why wasn’t I notified earlier? When did you guys send me the paper work 1 day before the appointment. Dr. Tiffany - If you read this, you need to make things more organized and get better at communicating. Highly Unprofessional!!"

"Unfortunately, I came down with Covid the morning of my appointment. Sue switched my in-person visit to telemed, and Dr Hollander was able to analyze my bone scan and blood tests and make recommendations accordingly. Great team work!"

"Dr. Bembo is pleasant and I never feel rushed. She asks questions and gives me plenty of time to ask questions. I have always been seen at my appointment time or very close to it. But, if I had to wait for Dr. Bembo, I certainly would because she gives her patients ample time with her. In addition, the office staff is very warm , friendly and professional. It is always important to me that the office staff is helpful and doesn’t make me feel like a bother. I could go to a much closer office, but these employees are worth the drive. I know if I need help, they will be there."
