Panera Bread

"Ordered a large cold brew (posted menu shows 2 sizes). When I was handed a small-sized cup of cold brew, I stated that I asked for a large. The employee said there is only one size! Terrible public service. Did I mention that it took a long time for it to be made too? And after I was handed my beverage, I had to remind the employee that I had also purchased a bagel! Ugh! I won't return."

"I'm not sure what is going on with the restaurants in this area, but it seems every single one forgets items whenever I order delivery. I ordered meals for three people and three items were missing. Not only that, but everything was just thrown in the bag and obviously no care went into packaging the item up at all. I ordered directly through the Panera website and when I called, they kept trying to get me to drive there to get the missing items even though I paid for the delivery and should have had all my items delivered to my door. The first manager I spoke to was very nice and said he could refund my order but when I said I used a gift card for some it became 'complicated' and they went back to trying to get me to drive there even though I paid for the delivery. After a while, they finally refunded the three missing items. The problem is, when you purchase items for delivery you pay more for the delivery fees and tax, so I honestly feel like I was not taken care of at all. I am pretty disappointed and honestly might just be done getting Panera. It is too expensive to be missing three items, one being a whole salad. I just do not understand how that happens and why you wouldn't want to do everything possible to make up for the mistake."

"Placed 3-person order today for lunch delivery. My part of the order was for a basic everything bagel/toasted/sliced with honey cream cheese. The only good part was that it was sliced! Hard as a rock, but not toasted, super thin and there was more of a hole than actual bagel. This was a $45 order over all. Last time I ordered a bagel, I did t even get any cream cheese. I was told I could come to the store and get some. Not even an apology. Not happy with this location."

"Delicious blueberry muffin, hazlenut coffee, really good. Service was friendly and location was clean. They did not have the self-service kiosks available, but it was fine. I recommend."

"Hey, if you’re heading to your local Panera that you’re expecting us, will have the appearance of everything that you love. Sadly, though this one’s different in that, if you place an order to eat in, maybe you’ll get unlucky like we did, and sit around for 15 minutes . Have a great thing about this excessive weight experience with it. We got to listen to the Great School lunch room, gossip in the back of the staff jacking around and not really working. After our painful, we approach the counter define our meal was bagged up to go when we told him no it was for here. I took an extra five minutes to unpack everything and replayed it. This place was not busy when we came in. It was just a sheer lack of employee effort. And the best part of all was when I went to wash my hands to leave, there’s no paper towels . I understand and value giving teenagers jobs, but I also understand that there needs to be a shift leader that’s keeping things together . Sadly, I don’t feel that this place has that."
