"Absolutely horrible, cannot stress enough how poorly ran both the Princeton and Plainsboro offices are. I strongly advise anyone looking for medical treatment to go elsewhere. Saw a cardiologist two years ago, they sent a bill recently for the visit. I explained my insurance covered a portion, and that I had paid the other half. They have no record of this, and because it was so long ago neither do I. They have sent 10 bills to my home regarding this. Unsure why they waited 2 years to send a bill. Went in person another time for endocrinologist, was told to pay $220 out of pocket upon arrival of which I did. Then sent a bill for an additional cost. How are they charging $450 for a 5 minute visit? Go elsewhere, trust me."

"I would like to give Dr. Casey Wong, a talented and good Cardiologist 5 stars. But the difficulty to schedule the first appointment at Princeton Medical Group reduces a star. Dr Casey Wong is a very competent, knowledgeable, energetic and caring Doctor. He takes time carefully listen to patients with a smile, understands patient's needs and challenges, then explains tests and medical options. During my tests, Dr. Casey Wong came to the test room with a laptop computer in his hand, immediately interpreted the test results, arranged follow up, presented findings and medical solutions, ... His team was very professional, friendly and full of positive energy. I trust Dr. Casey Wong, and appreciate his tips and caring during the tough times. I highly recommend Dr. Casey Wong to my circle of influence. At the Princeton Medical Group, first time to schedule an appointment by phone with the doctors was difficult. But once the appointments were scheduled, the doctors and their supporting staff were professional, patient-focused, timely reviewing test results and discussing the results and treatment plans with the patient - very impressive. Using the patient portal to schedule an appointment is easier. I believe current process of scheduling an appointment by phone and confirming an appointment requested from the patient portal by a nurse can be optimized and automated. There are some applications of convenient online scheduling including hotel reservation schedule. The Princeton Medical Group with so many talented doctors including specialists could be an ideal place for patients who seeking medical consultation and treatments."

"I came here because I was a high risk pregnancy. I ended up in the hospital with preeclampsia for three weeks prior to a preterm emergency C-section. Every single doctor that visited me prior to deliver, during the c-section ( something I was afraid of) and after were not just informative, but kind and made my stay less difficult. I would 100% recommend anyone at this office. I see many of the complaints are about billing, I haven’t experienced that, but honestly with all the care I received I will deal with a rude billing lady all day. Thank you every OBGYN at this place ( I’ve seen them all). If your pregnant and need a good OBGN, don’t hesitate, make this your place."

"The Billing department has been a nightmare to deal with. Someone called Liz (ext 3383) was supposed to call my wife 3 weeks ago and explain why she was charged out of network without being notified first. Still waiting for that call!"

"The OBGYN Staff is amazing. I've been seeing Dr. Diventi for over a decade (including through pregnancy) and she's been great. Recently had my first child and met all the other obgyn's and they were also capable and kind. Highly recommend."
