"This practice has continued to go downhill each year that goes by. My parents were patients of Dr Friedman since he graduated medical school. He is a wonderful physician, but unfortunately he is transitioning out of practice. The NP in this practice is okay. Although the worst thing about this practice is the staff. They are not kind, have a difficult time retaining information, and not professional. I’m looking forward to my parents changing offices to a Jefferson practice."
"I am so irritated. I called the office this morning so I can provide new health insurance information. They were trying to get the information from me on the phone but they told me they can't find it in their system. I asked them if I can email my insurance card and they told me that they don't have email. What kind of a professional doctor's office don't have email? Since my appointment is scheduled today for Tuesday September 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., I decided to come at 10:45 a.m. to make sure my insurance will cover my visit. I came into the office and I spoke to a lady with the nice long eyelashes in the front. I told her I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and that I came early to make sure that my insurance will cover my visit. She scanned my card and told me that my insurance will be accepted. I said great and I asked her if I should sign in, and she said there's no need. There was no sign in sheet at the front desk. I waited patiently in the waiting room for 1 hour. I went to the front desk and ask that same lady if my doctor is running behind. She said to me that my appointment is not until tomorrow. Then a minute later, she tells me that my appointment is not till Tuesday next week September 26th at 11:00 a.m.. I believe she should have told me that in the very beginning that I don't have an appointment . I asked if any doctor can see me and she said no. We are supposed to trust our health and our lives with the help of these doctors. The administration of this office is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially to those who are sick and have health problems. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, but these are too many errors that needs to be corrected. When I saw that there was a 2.6 star rating due to the administration team, I wasn't surprised. I hope that the person who has the authority to make better changes for this office will open his or her eyes to makes necessary changes to improve the reputation of these doctors and office. I expect a call from the head Dr of this office or the owner of this establishment."
"I will never use you guys again. First of all your not going to give me an attitude learn customer service. Don't get mad at me because you guys lost my files 3 times. That's insane I lived in Philadelphia for most my life never experienced anything like this. Then I have proof you were paid and still trying to get me to give you more money. The staff at the front desk are disrespectful don't understand how to do there job. Listen to the patient don't give an attitude. Not my fault your employees don't understand medical terms. This is not how to run a doctor's office. I will stand outside and record this office and do a story about the horrible job this practice does and post it. I will do that if I keep getting bills. You messed with the wrong guy"
"I've been a patient here for 20 years. I've dealt with the long wait room waits, up to 90 minutes at times. I rarely go to the doctor, only when it is absolutely necessary. Maybe 2 to 3 times a year at most. I need to see my doctor. The next available appointment is 4 weeks from now. Too many patients and poor patient management. Really disappointed Woodbourne."
