"I’m sharing this regarding my Sister. This Practice should be ashamed of themselves. My sister has been trying to get a return call but that seems to be impossible.. Never told she was a diabetic until she had to go to the ER. The office had her results 2 months prior & never reached out. Diagnosed with Colon cancer a few months ago & if it wasn’t for the Doctors I work for giving me advice to pass onto her God only knows what the outcome could be. She is still trying to get through to them for her Diabetes medication that needs to be increased. These are peoples lives we’re talking about. When she does get to speak to someone she is told how busy they are. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I was a patient for years and they sent me a letter stating that I was no longer welcome there. This was due to a heated discussion, over the phone, with an administrative staff member. They were charging me co-pays every year for my yearly “well visit”. I told them in advance when I made the appointment that this was my one yearly “well visit”, meaning no co-pay. Dr. LoBianco coded my visit as “cholesterol”. I was not even on cholesterol medication. He refused to change it. They were so nasty to me. I suffer from acute anxiety and PTSD and Dr. LoBianco prescribed me medication for it. This was not considered. They just want your money. They don’t care about their patients. Also, the wait times, almost any day and time, are ridiculous."

"So with Covid it’s a lot harder to get in and actually see some one. I was finally able to get an appointment and in spite of all the protocols for COVID, I found the staff and reception very friendly and helpful. Dr Lobianco is a true professional. He takes his time and really tries to understand what’s going on in your life. He a very happy and personable physician. I really love his bedside manner. He helped me take care of a minor personal manner and really made sure I understood everything. Love my Doc!"

"I come here once a year for my physicals and see nurse practitioner, Elaine Fanelli. Recently I went in for my annual, which per my plan routine visits are covered at 100% once per calendar year. The calendar year for my plan is from January 1st - December 31st, meaning I have the right to get my routine visit any time during the year as long its one routine visit; for example my last visit in 2018 was in June and my most recent one was earlier this month, my insurance will pay my visit at 100% . I called to schedule my visit and was told they can't schedule it because insurance will not pay, I explained that's not true with my plan and I dont have to wait 365 days from my last visit. I get to the office and was told again they won't be able to see me for my annual because it needs to be 365 days from my last visit, I again explained my plan doesn't work like that. The medical assistant takes me to the room and I wait for Elaine Fanelli and as always, she's very sweet and genuine. As the visit went on she noticed my last routine visit was in June and said she couldn't continue with my annual visit and this is where the situation got uncomfortable. She checked with the front desk, who told her I cannot get my preventive visit done, I know providers dont deal with billing so she advises me that she'll see me but not for my physical. For the third time I am explaining how my plan works and I got upset; we continued on with my physical and I tell her that if my claim is denied (which I know It wouldn't) I will pay out of my pocket. I am a Benefit Specialist and this is what I do, I am very knowledgeable of how insurance works specially my own plan. I know there are plans out there that you have to wait 365 days from your last physical to schedule your next visit or insurance won't pay, but not all plans are the same. What upset me the most was that no one in the office attempted to alleviate the situation by calling Provider Services, whether its me or someone else, if we are saying the contrary wouldn't it expected for the staff to call the insurance and verify what's accurate? I can only imagine how many patients they have turned down by assuming they are right without calling the insurance. Anyway, from one patient to another I advise you to call your insurance and ask questions about how your plan works before your visit, as a member you need to know what's right and wrong. Anyway, I was waiting on my claim to finish processing to post this review, which was paid at 100%."
