"Dr. Smith has been my doctor since 2004. He is very kind and courteous and has answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Kaplan is also a great doctor whom I've had the pleasure of seeing during my rehab. I can't understand why this lady gave him such a negative review. In my opinion is the the best orthopedic doctor I have seen to date!"

"I don't know what this negative reviewer is saying. Dr. Smith , whom I see most often, and Dr. Benjamin Kaplan are some of the best Doctors I have ever encountered as well as the professional staff. I have gone here for 10+ years and a Doctor shouldn't be negatively rated by the constraints of insurance companies. I get personal, thorough and quick attention. I won't go to ANY Doctor that I don't. Dr. Smith is a gem and took over Dr. Richard Kaplan's (may he Rest In Peace) practice seamlessly. Dr. Smith always explains everything thouroughly; for example, drug testing and explained the need and regulations # opiod epidemic while still being empathetic to my personal frustration. Give a poor rating to your insurance company, not Dr. Smith!!!"

"I can’t speak to the patient who gave Dr. Smith such a negative review, but in the 20 years that I have been Dr. Smith’s patient, he has NEVER been less that the ultimate professional. He always take the time to answer all my questions, and listens to all my concerns. He is diligent in his follow ups, is patient, kind and one of, if not THE best dr. I have ever been to. I’m not the only patient that feels this way. Anytime I talk to other patients in the waiting room, they all have the same things to say about Dr. Smith that I do. Every review on all the patient rating sites all give him 5 Stars.. Dr. Smith is so special, and I’m not sure how the previous reviewer could be recounting her experience correctly."

"This post is NOT about Dr Kaplan since I never met him it is about Associate Dr Smith, I had 1 meeting with Dr Smith we discussed all my options and the medications and treatments I have had he was very pleasant and seemed like a good man. Due to Ulcerative Colitis I can not take certain medications. He agreed to leave my medication the way it has been. When it came time to refill my medication he changed it to something I never heard of and the quanty, my insurance would not cover it I call him he did not return my call the office kept passing the buck off to my insurance co. My insurance Co said it was on the Dr,' s end by this time I was out of medication and my Pharmacist had to call his office since they did not call me, my Pharmacist got it taken care of. I called Dr Smith again to find out why he changed my meds and quantity without discussing it with me well here it is 4 days and still no call each day I call they say he has your message he is with patients. So now I feel he is very unprofessional and will be taking my story to the media."
