"this doctor would shrug off my health concerns and say it's probably just my weight or something. when I tried to get referred to an endocrinologist, he wouldn't do so just because "everything looks great." the last time i went, he didn't do anything about serious health concerns I had and literally just told me to "keep eating fruits and vegetables and stretch." didn't refer me to specialists, didn't do any tests, didn't do bloodwork. the worst doctor who obvi doesn't care about patients."

"Attempted to make an appointment here with multiple phone calls, multiple voicemails, and 2 canceled appointments on the staff's side. I showed up to an appointment that was confirmed only to be welcomed by just the receptionist and she stated that Dr. Tadley is not at the office at all and will not be for a whole month. No one had contacted me regarding this information and I had traveled 30min to the appointment, moved my schedule around just to see him. He is rarely available and constantly needs to reschedule for various reasons that are non-emergent. When an appointment needed to be rescheduled, I chose to just cancel it. However, about 1 hour later another staff member called to confirm my previously canceled appointment. On top of that the office is very disorganized, no parking outside."

"U kno what I am just all the way upset right now. They set my appointments close to basically closing time then ask me to come in earlier and if I can't I miss my appointment. So I had to basically do a walk-in. When I first got there they receptionist wouldn't even let me inside even tho it's 100 degrees outside, then the nurse came to the door to take my info and once she found out I was actually a new patient they let me in. Well at least they were nice enough to take me in even though they probably had too since I have a life threatening Condition. So I finally meet the Dr Tadley and he gives off a mean vibe and just has a mean disposition about him. Not very warming and is just kinda a hard person to open too. Then I was almost sent out the office sooner then I should been 3 different times and actually did leave sooner then I should have. Also had to get blood work done and the nurse messed up while drawing my blood .and caused me to bleed all over my arm. Then I left with false information regarding my prescription. I was told it was sent out and would be ready in 2 hours. I called my pharmacy 3 times they say they never got anything. Called Tadley and the first thing the nurse says is that it was sent out and that she was lookin at it on the screen. Whole time she was lyin and put me on hold to double check only to say she couldn't tell if it was sent out. All this on my first visit."
