"I was a patient there in June 2023. I scheduled my appointment back in January for a specific day and time, Monday at 7am. I was prepared for my appointment and when I showed up, I was told by the receptionist that a week before I apparently called and changed my appointment for the next day, which wasn’t true. I specifically picked Monday morning because I work from 7-7 everyday and the only time I could prepare was Sunday. I would never prepare myself on Sunday if I knew that my appointment was changed to Tuesday and not Monday. I received papers from their office two weeks before saying that my appointment is on Monday at 7am. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing. She basically told me that I was the one who changed my appointment, gaslighting me. When I asked her for her name and the other receptionist that was there, they both refused to give it to me. The doctors and the nurses were wonderful, but to get to them, you have to go through the receptionists. I did talk with two managers, they were helpful with the situation. I did have my colonoscopy that day, but I was the last patient for the day. When you schedule an appointment, make sure your appointment wasn’t unexpectedly changed, like mine was."

"I have been a patient here for several years. Every time I need to visit to have a test done, it has been a very positive experience (as positive as going for a test/procedure can be anyway). The staff is always professional yet caring. It starts with trying to get through on the phone. Whenever they were too busy to answer the phone and I had to leave a message, I have always gotten a call back, within a very reasonable amount of time. Dr Codella was very attentive to my concerns. The nurses are fantastic! My discharge nurse, Donna was also wonderful (along with the other nurses who took care of me.) Kudos to this team including the front desk/reception, where it all starts!"
