"I have been coming here for 5 years, and the wait time has never been under 1.5 hrs. No room for bookings In the next couple months, but also not allowed to book several months in advance. Not possible to see female physicians at all (males or midlevels have a few openings). Some providers have been rude, though always competent. I wouldn’t bother to come here unless you have to."
"Lets start off that i thought my doctor was supporting me having a vbac. I had 1 c sections. Which i has 3years ago. He said all doctors supports vbac. Is a lie. This is a teaching school i was stressed in labor about getting about c section. They gave me so much iv fluid, so mich pitcoin, so much epidural to fail me in my sucess in a vbac! Im extremelly mad at this place seeking a lawyer."
"This is the place for you, from internist to outpatient blood lab to specialist, if you are okay with the following 1) can’t ever (and I mean never) speak to your doctor directly on the phone 2) don’t mind an office staff that is rude and doesn’t mind yelling at you from time to time 3) don’t mind if the entire office staff reads your emails to your doctor 4) waiting 24-72 hours for a reply to said emails 5) and last but not least, cannot reach any office directly. All calls to all offices are now routed through a call center (they too can read your email!) that “messages” the doctor’s office. In other words, you cannot speak to anyone physically sitting in your doctor’s office. And, like the emails, the wait for the reply after you speak with the call center is 24-72 hours. Oh, and I sat in the blood lab for 1 hour and 15 mins yesterday for a pre-op blood test. Lots of laughter and kidding around coming out of the lab as a roomful of us waited. Should never have left Jefferson."
"This visit didn’t sit well with me from the people downstairs to when I checked in at 12:05 and she said I should take a lunch because everyone is on lunch and they won’t be calling anyone till 1pm. At 12:45 they started to call every one before me and they came well after me it’s only one other person in the waiting room now out of 7 people didn’t like that at all this visit was on the 11 floor"
"I have had mixed experiences at this location. This morning I had an appointment that I booked 2 months in advance. I was called 5 minutes before I was supposed to arrive, already in my $40 Uber for them to tell me my appointment was cancelled and the earliest available was 3 months out. This facility has never been one that I’ve felt I can “count” on. After this, I’ll be considering other options."
