"Horrible customer service! Had a fall last month and had to go to emegency because they said I couldn't get an appointment until the 25th of Nov. Just had a few brutal nights with a sinus infection, called them and said I couldn't get an appt until two weeks. Treat you like an assembly line, can only discuss one ailment in 10 minutes. Ridiculous!! Urgent Care Chelten Avenue made me feel like I was a human being, treated me with respect! Took care of me quickly, called in mu antibiotic and now I can go home an rest."
