"No one will answer the phone."
"Front desk is unprofessional and everytime I call no matter what doctor I pick they either dont work there anymore or dont have availability. One time one of the female doctor's took off and they told me they will call me back to reschedule an appointment"
"Was seen today at this practice for an allergic reaction/hives, and I’m not at all impressed with the level of care I received. My pcp was unavailable so I opted to see the nurse practitioner instead. The exam was pretty straight forward, and I was told that the prescribed meds would be sent to my pharmacy. I was also referred to an allergist, as this is the 2nd episode I’ve had in 4 weeks. Upon arrival at the pharmacy, I was surprised to find out that I had been prescribed Pepcid. I initially thought that there had been a mistake, but the pharmacist explained that Pepcid is sometimes prescribed to take in conjunction with another allergy med. During the visit I explained that the Benadryl wasn’t working and assumed that she (Tenzen), would prescribe a stronger antihistamine. Again, all I received was an antacid. I received better care when I went to an urgent care facility during the first episode. When you consider the cost of the office visit and the cost of the Uber I took to and fro, being prescribed a $3.00 antacid is unacceptable. I’m seriously considering changing my pcp behind this."
