Primary Care Havertown

"They are so freaking rude over there they don’t even give you a chance to explain your concerns. And they never call you back. Dr yeung is good but all the staff really need new training. It’s so sad how they talk to people over there makes you uncomfortable to call and it should not be like that. I hope it gets better soon . They are always in the bad mood smth"

"All the ladies at the front desk are rude. I called for 1 yr. physical they told me they could not make an appointment for me because my insurance won’t pay for it because it was too early. I spoke to Michelle; she told me that is what she was told when she was trained. Michelle, Ashley, Joy, & Laura all stated the same thing. Michelle gave me the number for billing. I called back and had to fight to get an appointment. I go to my appointment on October 11, 2023, the lady at check-in told me we can’t do a physical because of my insurance. I told her call my insurance company because you can. I saw Dr. Afrin and she stated the same thing. No one checked my insurance. How do you deny a patient a physical because of insurance. My insurance does not have a time period, and no one checked. I was told the office manager would call me which I doubt because they all think they are right. Please believe the comments about the ladies at Primary Care Havertown (Dr. Afrin office) are RUDE. Dr. Afrin is rude too! They need to educate themselves on insurance. All insurance is not the same. My doctor left Broomall office in 2022 so I found a new doctor. I will be looking for a new doctor. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR CARE because they DO NOT CARE."

"Dr Affrin is the WORST!!!!! I had to see her when my doctor was unavailable and she showed no compassion and she was very rude. When I asked for a refill for a medicine she prescribed she provided the most disconnected and passive response and recommend I see a specialist. I will NEVER EVER IN life let her treat me again. RUN if you are scheduled with her."

"To be fair most of these negative comments are about Family Medicine of Havertown and Not Primary Care Havertown. 3 Years ago the place changed hands and staff and Manager. The Place runs smoothly and the newly hired staff is amazing and pleasant. All the Docs are Great!!!!"

"One of the best doctor offices I’ve ever been too. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. I always feel welcome when I go there. Dr. Jesse Coale is the BEST doctor ever. He cares about his patients and always makes you feel comfortable and like you’re a priority. I would recommend that if you’re looking for a doctor , choose this office."
