"A practitioner here named Frannie threw a tantrum and ran out of the room when I insisted on a referral for a neurologist because I had a head injury. Her bedside manner was atrocious and completely lacking in professionalism. She felt as though this behavior was warranted because “I yelled at her.” I raised my voice to assert the care I needed because she was not interested in getting me the help I needed, she wanted to talk over me and ignore my concerns. An abysmal experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want help."
