"This is a very unorganized, unprofessional and terribly rude office staff, particularly Shea. Called to ask questions regarding husbands meds prior to procedure seizure meds and blood thinners, asked if he needed any pre surgery clearance, was told he got it from his “cardiologist” which he does not have. Acted lol I was being difficult laughed at me wanting to speak to someone else because she didn’t have correct info. Asked to have the office mgr call me which she did not. He cancelled his surgery and made an appt with another dr. The difference between the new office is night and day. This office is incredibly uncaring and rude!!!"

"Most unprofessional office ever!! 40 min wait to be seen. Doc tells me it's her last week, my chart was never filled out, forgotten in waiting room a half hour to schedule procedure only to find out doc didn't do notes for my chart. Was told to leave and someone in the office would call when they figured it out.. pulled in my driveway and was alerted my RX was ready at the pharmacy .. no instructions.still waiting 2 days later for a call back. Still waiting. It's Friday 7/1, 2:16pm"

"Had an excellent experience here! I had a rather urgent issue and was able to be seen within 2 weeks. That is amazing for a specialist especially during Covid conditions. Was greeted by a friendly and kind receptionist. I was slightly nervous going in and she helped ease my mind and kept the mood light. Not long after checking in was I brought back to an exam room by an equally friendly and kind medical assistant. Dr. Furman came in several minutes later. He was very thorough and compassionate. Explained everything very well and helped come up with the correct treatment plan for my situation. Wasn’t pushing a procedure on me without proper investigation from other doctors. I look forward to following up with Dr. Furman and continuing my treatments with him."

"Nurse practitioner, Carolyn Evancho was so thorough and truly caring and personal. She prescribed two new meds that have made living with microscopic colitis a non issue! I was seeing a nurse practitioner at Penn Radnor who did nothing for me. I feel optimistic for the first time since my condition started."
