") My therapist is very good at what she does. I used to be able to reach her voice mail with a local number. Now it goes to a representative and you are screened. If something doesn't add up on paper, they won't put you through even though the therapist told you to call and leave a message. The mental health side is good. The business side is way out of touch with the patients. Representatives are not well trained to deal with patients."
